By May 28, 2014

Yield : about 1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 medium - oranges, peeled
  • 1 medium - medjool date, pitted (or 1 Tbs of turbinado sugar)
  • 1 Tbs - tahini
  • 2 tsp - rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp - garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp - dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp - ground black pepper (a few cranks of a pepper mill)

Instructions

  1. Using a blender, process all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Salt to taste.

Tip

I've experimented with making this in a blender and a food processor.  It turns out smoother and creamier for me in my blender.
