We know that changing to a whole, plant-based diet can be difficult. But you’re not alone. Club Veg was created to really help you, and in a fun and supportive setting. Club Veg meets the first Tuesday of each month, from 6:30-8:00 pm and provides a mix of education, food sampling, and friendly discussion. A typical Club Veg meeting goes like this:
- 30 mins – discuss a topic of importance in a successful plant-based diet (presented by the Club leader or guest speaker)
- 20 mins – watch a cooking video and sample the food
- 30 mins – enjoy social time, ask questions, share tips and tricks
As always, seating is limited, so please register in advance (a small charge of $20 helps to cover expenses) so that we can hold a seat for you and plan enough food for all.
