We want to know!

The 4 Best Oil-Free Hummus Brands

Wild Garden

Wild Garden Hummus is almost always completely oil-free, so they have a ton of options, and you can be pretty certain you can find a flavor you’ll like without oil.  Their Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus has olive oil in it, but it says it right on the front of the label so it would be very hard to miss.  They’re also super easy to find in the grocery store!  They offer a ton of different flavors, like Black Olive, Roasted Garlic, Jalapeno, and more.  They’re available in jars and single-serving packs.  Even better, if they don’t sell Wild Garden in your local grocery, you can buy them online!

Oasis Mediterranean

Garden Dish - Oasis Mediterranean Cuisine HommusOasis Mediterranean Cuisine offers a bunch of different options that are oil-free.  They do have some flavors with oil (Fava Bean and Butter Bean), so be sure you’re aware of that when choosing a flavor.  However, they do have a lot of different types to try, like Horseradish, Chipotle, and Vegetable. Oasis also has a line of oil-free, tahini-free (a paste made from sesame seeds) hummus that have zero fat content. They’re another brand that is pretty easy to find in a local market, so you should be able to enjoy their oil-free hummus no problem!  Have you ever tried Oasis Mediterranean Hommus?

Roots Organic Gourmet

Roots Hummus now offers a version of their original hummus without oil!  They’re easy to find if you have a Whole Foods near you.  Roots claims to use only the best ingredients, taking care to ensure that they don’t use any GMOs, as this is important to them, and they want to take care of their customers.  They may not have a ton of different oil-free flavors, but if you want a great, high-quality original hummus, Roots is a great option.

Cedar’s

Garden Dish - Cedar's All Natural HommusCedar’s All-Natural Hommus  has fat-free, oil-free options in their Original and Roasted Red Pepper flavors for you to enjoy.  Their other flavors aren’t oil-free, so make sure to check the label for the fat-free versions.  They aren’t found in quite as many groceries as some of the others, but they allow you to purchase online, so they make it very easy if you want to give them a try.  They’re also committed to providing non-GMO food, so if that’s important to you, Cedar’s will be a great fit for you.  Do you love Cedar’s?  Tell us in the comments!
