- 1 8 oz pkg - sliced mushrooms
- 1 Tbs - tamari soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp - ground sage
- 1/8 tsp - garlic powder
- 2 Tbs - cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups - water
- In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, dry saute the mushrooms, covered, until tender, about 5-10 minutes. Stir in the tamari, sage, and garlic powder.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the water, pour over the mushrooms, and stir to coat. Continue to cook, uncovered, until thick. Salt to taste.
