This dressing is loaded with the vibrant flavors of Greece. Use it on top of stuffed potatoes, as a salad dressing, or as a dip for fresh vegetables. The flavors will develop best if you make the dressing and refrigerate it a few hours before using.
Fabulous Creamy Greek Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup - tahini
- 3/4 cup - water
- 1/2 tsp - garlic powder
- 4 tsp - dried oregano
- 2 tsp - dried basil
- 1 tsp - ground pepper
- 2 tsp - Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup - red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy, about 20 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to make sure all the ingredients are incorporated. Salt to taste.
