  • 1 16 oz pkg - frozen fruit, such as mango chunks, strawberries, or your favorite frozen fruit
  • 3 medium - medjool dates, pitted


  1. In a high-powered blender, such as a Vitamix, blend half the frozen fruit and the dates until smooth (about 15 seconds), using the blender tamper to push the fruit into the blades. When no chunks remain, add the rest of the frozen fruit and process until smooth, using the tamper as needed.
  2. Serve immediately.
